I have happily bought 4 rugs from Kukoon. I bought this rug and there was an error in the weave, but barely noticeable, I contacted Kukoon, who answered very quickly apologising and offering several suggestions as a solution. I opted for the one that suited myself and the problem was solved. These rugs are diverse in size and colours and are always fairly priced and super value for money, plus an exemplary customer service...I highly recommend and am just waiting on stock to arrive before I order my 5th rug. I would also like to point out that this particular rug was placed on a ceramic floor and was moving due to nothing being placed on top of it. I decided to buy the anti slip underlay and what a difference, does the job brilliantly plus adds an extra comfort and warm to what we're very cold, hard tiles...

Excellent quality rug for the outdoors. It dries very quickly after showers. Lays flat. Easy to relocate. Great value for money.
