After delivery company mislaid my first order, I could not fault the customer service from Kukoon. After I emailed them, they promptly looked into it and kept me informed all the time. Unfortunately my goods could not be found, I ordered another rug which is great. I would use this firm again as the customer service is above and beyond, reasonable prices for good quality goods.
