I recently purchased a rug from Kukoon rugs and would like to highly commend their customer service experience. I was unhappy with the rug as it was a much lighter quality than I expected. When I previously reviewed this rug Kukoon Rugs got back to me and offered me a full refund if I wanted to return it and a 50% refund if I wanted to keep it. I was extremely happy with this and opted to return it. This was all arranged immediately and I was extremely happy with this outcome. I highly recommend this company to deal with. Well done Kukoon!
